The townhome is much more modern and bright, but the stairs could be treacherous with kids. Also, there's something to say about having your own place, NOT connected to someone else - and your own yard. Good luck with your decision.
Do you get a yard with either place? Are they about the same size? I think the paneling in the house would be tough to work with but older homes have more character! I'm excited to hear what you guys decide!
